Warranty Policy
At Loopy Doo, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every custom bag we produce. To ensure your continued satisfaction, we offer a 6-month limited warranty on all Loopy Doo products, effective from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Examples of covered issues include:
- Broken zippers or hardware
- Stitching coming apart
- Faulty straps or handles
- Printing or custom design errors caused during production
What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Discoloration due to exposure to sunlight, water, or chemicals
- Modifications made after purchase
- Damage caused by improper care or cleaning
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please contact us at customer@loopy-doo.com within the warranty period. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
Our team will assess your claim and, if eligible, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Important Notes:
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
- This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (if applicable).
