Once your order is placed, production generally will begin within 48 hours. Once production starts, no changes to custom details can be made. If you notice any mistakes in your customization, please email customer@loopy-doo.com as soon as possible.

Because each bag is made-to-order, we kindly ask for your patience and allow 7–10 business days for production. Most orders will be shipped within 2–3 weeks. Thank you for supporting thoughtful craftsmanship.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your email.

We support international delivery.

At Loopy Doo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each Loopy Doo bag is individually crafted and customized based on your order, making every piece truly unique.

As a result, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind or other non-quality-related reasons on personalized items.

However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect—such as damage, incorrect customization, or any quality-related issue—we are more than happy to assist. Please contact us at customer@loopy-doo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect. Our team will review your request and work with you to arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

At Loopy Doo, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every custom bag we produce. To ensure your continued satisfaction, we offer a 6-month limited warranty on all Loopy Doo products, effective from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Examples of covered issues include:

  • Broken zippers or hardware
  • Stitching coming apart
  • Faulty straps or handles
  • Printing or custom design errors caused during production

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Discoloration due to exposure to sunlight, water, or chemicals
  • Modifications made after purchase
  • Damage caused by improper care or cleaning

How to Make a Warranty Claim?

If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please contact us at customer@loopy-doo.com within the warranty period. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect

Our team will assess your claim and, if eligible, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Important Notes:

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
  • This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (if applicable).
